RESERVATION CREDIT CARD POLICY
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time and will serve as your default method of payment in the event of late cancellations, late changes, late arrivals or a no show.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your hair appointment or consultation, or make any changes, please call, or email us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
We want to make sure that all our clients have the opportunity to receive services. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable, and so we allow for a 15-minute grace period for late arrival in case you are unexpectedly delayed. If you think you are going to be late, please call us so that we can adjust our schedule. Please understand that if we don’t hear from you, you will be charged 100% of the service amount.
- Any appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the service total.
- Any appointments canceled within one hour of the appointment or no-showed completely will be charged 100% of the booked services.
- If any consultation appointment is canceled within 24 hours or no-showed completely, $25 will be charged to your credit card on file.
- If you make an appointment for a service, and arrive on time, but change your mind due to total cost, you will be charged 50% of the service total.
Right to Service: Service providers reserve the right to refuse service for guests with excessive or subsequent last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Guarantee of Service: If you are not satisfied with the quality of any service, please notify us within 1 week and we will consult with you to determine how we may adjust your service accordingly. No refunds or credit for services will be given, but our top priority is 100% happy guests and to ensure your satisfaction with your service results.
Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in any services, packages, or gift cards. As always, gratuities are discretionary and always appreciated.
It is our priority to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided in our salon. It’s each client’s personal responsibility to be upfront and honest about their hair history. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information during the consultation is not the responsibility of the stylist or Hair Story by Serap.
