Last minute I called and they were able to get me in the same day!! Of course it was just a haircut but Melis did an amazing job on my cut! Did a wet cut and a dry cut!! I had extensive medical-grade keratin tip extensions by Serap 4 months ago and the experience has been great! From explaining the process, and taking a whole day of labor to install the extensions, to answering all my questions, Serap has been extremely accommodating, helpful, and patient. She is very quick to respond and wants to truly help her clients, which shows. I have had the extensions styled by many professionals and they have all been very impressed by the quality of her work. In the last 4 months, less than 10 pieces have fallen out (from over 200). I am very happy with my experience here. After losing my hair last year, I hadn’t quite felt like myself, but Serap was able to give me my confidence back. I highly recommend her and her team!

This was my first experience at Hair Story and I worked with Irem. She was wonderful! Kept me apprised of pricing all along the way, offered suggestions based on my preferences, and ensured that I was scheduled for a follow-up to maintain. She and the whole team are very friendly and want you to be happy. While the service is on the higher end price-wise, it is worth it! They have water, coffee, tea, and wine options while you are there and ensure you are content with your results and amenities. Highly recommend it!

All of the staff I interacted with were so welcoming. Melis gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She gave me tips on how to use my blow dryer wand and what mask to use for my dry hair. I am so happy I found this salon and will be going back! I’m SUPER HAPPY with the outcome Melis achieved with my hair! She understood the vision I had for my hair color and walked me through each step of the process to achieve it. The salon ambiance was delightful, and the people were very friendly.
