Credit Card Hold: Your credit card will be on hold until the day of the appointment but no charge will be made until you’re checked out.
24 Hour Cancellation: We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment to allow for rebooking. Or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service.

Late Policy: Life happens. if you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
No Call / No Show: You will be charged the FULL PRICE of your service.
